• Vendor Search & Management: We find and manage top vendors, review contracts, and schedule vendor meetings.

  • Final Head-Count to vendors

  • Day of, will communicate with all vendors to ensure timely flow.

• Frequent Communication: Ongoing updates, regular check-ins, and one-on-one meetings to keep everything on track.

• Monthly Checklists: Detailed checklists to ensure no task is overlooked.

• Site Visits: Venue walkthroughs to finalize logistics.

• Invitation Tracking: Manage RSVPs and guest details.

• Budget Management: Keep your spending on track with expert guidance.

• Timeline Creation: Develop a detailed wedding day timeline to keep things running smoothly.
